How to Make an External Transfer in the Bank of Central Florida FLEX Mobile Banking App

Step 1: Log In

Open the FLEX mobile app and log in using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to “Transfers”

Tap the More tab, then select Transfers.

Step 3: Select “External Transfer”

Step 4: Add an External Account (if not already linked)

If this is your first time transferring to this account:

  • Go to the Transfers tab and select Manage Accounts
  • Enter the required account information, including the routing and account number of the external financial institution
  • Choose the account type (checking or savings)

Step 5: Enter Transfer Details

  • Choose the “From” and “To” accounts
  • Enter the amount
  • Select the transfer date and indicate whether it’s a one-time transfer or a recurring transfer

Step 6: Review and Confirm

  • Double-check the details
  • Tap Approve to complete the transfer

  • Transfers may take 1–3 business days to process, depending on the receiving bank
  • Make sure your external account is verified before initiating a transfer
  • Daily or monthly limits may apply to external transfers
